Christ's Church at Tiffin is a non-denominational church located in Tiffin, Ohio. It's affiliated with the Independent Christian Churches/Churches of Christ, part of the Restoration Movement. The church has ministered to this community for 45 years. Tiffin is located in northwestern Ohio, and hosts 2 universities in town. The church is contemporary in style, biblically based in its beliefs, and hired a new Lead Minister earlier this year. The church is poised for growth in a stable community filled with lots of activities for families.

Worship Leader / Associate Minister — Christ's Church at Tiffin Full-Time / Part-Time Christ's Church at Tiffin is seeking a Worship Leader / Associate Minister to plan and lead Christ-centered worship for weekly services and special occasions like Easter, Christmas Eve, baptisms, etc. This role goes beyond music leadership — the successful candidate will serve alongside our pastoral team, helping shepherd a volunteer worship team, coordinate sound and media, and support the spiritual growth and pastoral care of the congregation. It's an ideal fit for someone called to both musical worship leadership and broader hands-on ministry. Core responsibilities include selecting songs aligned with worship and sermon themes, recruiting and mentoring worship team volunteers, collaborating weekly with the Lead Pastor on service planning, posting services online, and managing instruments, equipment, and licensing needs. Beyond worship, the role includes church-wide involvement — supporting event planning, caring for people, and participation in staff vision and strategy discussions. The role will be part time if it only encompasses worship. The full-time role will include other ministry responsibilities. Depending on the candidate's gifts and church needs, additional responsibilities may include leading small groups or Bible studies, overseeing First Impressions, Teen, or Young Adult ministries, managing church IT systems, or leading outreach initiatives. We're looking for someone with a growing relationship with Jesus Christ, demonstrated worship leadership experience, proficiency in an instrument with strong vocal leadership, and the interpersonal skills to thrive both on stage and in relational ministry settings. Bible college or seminary training, experience with sound/media systems, and prior experience are preferred. Candidates should meet biblical qualifications for ministry leadership, demonstrate humility and servant leadership, and be committed to the mission and values of the church.
