Fairview Christian Church is a growing, multi-generational church in Carthage, Missouri, with an average weekly attendance of approximately 500. Our mission is taking daily steps of faith that deepen our relationship with Jesus, and our vision is to help people encounter God’s Kingdom, grow in it, and share it with others. Fairview is in an exciting season of growth and development as we strengthen our ministries, develop leaders, and create clear pathways for people to connect, grow, serve, and live on mission.

The Student Minister serves as the lead for all student ministries at Fairview Christian Church, providing vision, leadership, and direction for Junior High, Senior High, and College/Young Adults in alignment with the mission and direction of the church.While overseeing the entire student ministry, the Student Minister’s primary focus is Senior High Ministry, directly leading, discipling, and developing students and adult leaders. This role also provides leadership and direction for our Junior High Intern and works alongside the College Ministry Team to help strengthen and develop that ministry.
