Northside Christian Church is currently looking for Discipleship Pastor. We are a growing multi-generational, multi-campus church averaging over 1100 in person attendance. We desire to hire a dynamic leader with a bachelor’s degree in Bible & Theology and at least five years’ experience who is a model of Christian character (excellence, integrity, people driven, on mission). He will be the primary communicator and vision caster for all small groups, classes, and outreach events at our main campus. This individual will oversee our guest assimilation process and should also be able to preach as needed. The Discipleship Pastor will have the opportunity to serve alongside a fantastic team of pastors and staff who work together well and enjoy making disciples who make disciples!
